What do you need to quote for our tender?
The drawings, specification, schedules, tender return requirements and submission date. Include any available supplier quotations and your preferred output format. You can start with a short project brief before sending the documents.
Can you help with an urgent deadline?
Urgent work is considered against the scope and current availability. A delivery commitment is made only after reviewing the documents. Any accelerated-delivery fee is agreed upfront.
Can you work alongside our in-house estimator?
Yes. Support can cover a defined package, take-off exercise, tender review or a block of dedicated time. Responsibilities and document versions are agreed so the work fits your existing process.
Do you offer labour-only estimating?
Yes. Labour-only scope can be agreed if you prefer to source and price materials yourself. The proposal will define quantities, labour assumptions and what is excluded.
Will an estimate guarantee we win the job?
No. A well-prepared estimate supports an informed bid; award decisions depend on the client, competition and other criteria. Your final selling price, margin and submission remain your commercial decision.
How are documents and fees handled?
Agree confidentiality requirements before sharing sensitive documents. Fees, deposits, revisions and payment dates are set out in the assignment proposal. A written scope keeps the working arrangement clear from the start.
